At Dahlia Wander, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below to understand your options.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items eligible for return: We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Non-returnable items: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Gift cards
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or an error was made by us.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • We may request photos of the damage or defect, and we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. Once we receive the item, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
  • If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
